If You Put A Dollar Into A Vending Machine And Dont Purchase Immediately, How Long Will It Retain That Dollar?

see question. so yeah, will it keep the dollar until someone else comes along and makes a purchase? or will it set a timer and keep it?

   There is no timer! The credit will stay there until somebody buys something or the machine is powered off and back on.
