Gorgeous guy with a just as gorgeous baby. Who’s the lucky woman? Now onto the subject at hand. I have heard that it can be hard to do this type of business however I have seen people be highly successful at it. It depends on how hard you work at it and if you are a people person. If you want to get into a candy business consider buying into the franchise candy bouquet. They make good money. It is around 100K a year or do your own candy bouquet. I tried it on my own and I made 300 dollars the first month in business.

if you plan on selling 25 cent packs of gum for 75 cents you’ll at least come out even. It depends on where and who are the consumers you are targeting. Good Luck

I would think that any business that required you to drive around alot would not be profitable now adays with the gas prices being what they are.

Yes, candy vending makes profit. Kids ask, parents buy it. Actually any vending machines are good business ventures, location is the most important thing. Start small, and then try to expand as you go, funneling the money back into the business. After you get a good business reputation, try to land a large contract, say with a school system or laundromat chain.

i think it would be great if you live in an area where there are lots of kids.. kids will most likely be your best customers.. and it would also be great to also put vending machines in schools, like she said..

You need to find a route….it is worth it if you are going to keep up with it.

Depends what you expect back. Factor in how many machines you need, how much they will cost, the monthly fee to rent the space, the cost to fill it, how far will you have to drive and how often to fill it, how will you handle the situation if the machine eats money and ppl want refunds, how much will you charge, who are your customers and then calculate the possible profit.

Seems like a lot of gas money to fill and unfill the machines. nevermind the expense of your product…….but if you are retired…then it would probably give you a little extra every month and I’d say “go for it”

No one can say for sure.
My advice to you would be to pick a few places that have the candy vending machines and grab a coffee and just watch if they are being used.
Do a lot of research, before diving into it.
There is a lot to consider. Just sit down with someone and brain storm about the possible negatives….such as wrong coins being put into it and getting stuck…that is a sure thing. And that costs you money. Not too often someone will phone you and tell you this has happened. So, there is a loss right there.
Sounds like a great idea, but will it make you the good money your thinking of…probably not. Sorry, but it should be ok if you have something else on the go.
I think it is great that your considering something fun and interesting. Keep up the good thoughts. But, do research for sure before you dive.
