we have vending machines at my school. it shows no problem. since our school starts at 7, alot of kids eat school lunch or will just grab a poptart or a lil Cinnamon roll. we offer healthy choices as well.. oddly enough i dont see any fat kida around the vending machines. i myself have never got anything from the machines, but i will grab a pepsi from time to time if i can afford it. but theres alot of kids that will grab a lil bag of chips just to tide them over until lunch which is about 11:30-12. which i completly understand. and of corse im sure since the school day starts at 7 alot of kids have to get up pretty early like i do (5:30) and dont really have time to eat. bc they’re focused on getting more sleep and trying to get ready, i know i sure do. its never been a problem with our schools. except not every student likes to clean up. but we have custodians for that right? and i it is as bad as to where its making kids obese…..hey….its their choice they dont HAVE to buy something.

Well at my school we only have positives. One: someone is making money; Two: Kids are eating healthy because in my veding machines we have water, apples, oranges, granola bars, pears, and yogurt.
