Well at my school we only have positives. One: someone is making money; Two: Kids are eating healthy because in my veding machines we have water, apples, oranges, granola bars, pears, and yogurt.

we have vending machines at my school. it shows no problem. since our school starts at 7, alot of kids eat school lunch or will just grab a poptart or a lil Cinnamon roll. we offer healthy choices as well.. oddly enough i dont see any fat kida around the vending machines. i myself have never got anything from the machines, but i will grab a pepsi from time to time if i can afford it. but theres alot of kids that will grab a lil bag of chips just to tide them over until lunch which is about 11:30-12. which i completly understand. and of corse im sure since the school day starts at 7 alot of kids have to get up pretty early like i do (5:30) and dont really have time to eat. bc they're focused on getting more sleep and trying to get ready, i know i sure do. its never been a problem with our schools. except not every student likes to clean up. but we have custodians for that right? and i it is as bad as to where its making kids obese.....hey....its their choice they dont HAVE to buy something.
