You will need to differentiate the services you provide. If possible, increase the badwdith of your access and provide more games. If possible, organize tournaments with prizes like a thumbdrive or gadget. You can organize special group disocunts if more than 10 people sign up for three hours on friday might or give away a free drink or light meal if they’re willing to play for more than 3 hours.

Competition (tournaments with good prizes)
put up a big sign that uses and emphisizes the word “FREE” and whatever you want to give away
